Hi, my name is Primrose and welcome to Rising Tides Diversity Consulting. After some deep reflection, my desire to be a rising tide is my homage to Canada, my chosen home. I am a Canadian who wants to lift all boats around me — wherever I go or whatever I do, I want to elevate everyone around me.
Diverse Perspectives
Our lived experiences inform our perspective. And, over my lifetime, my perspective was informed by serious life incidents spanning from living in a war zone in Sri Lanka to founding a tax law firm in Canada.
I will share my thoughts from my lived experience navigating life and making Canada my home for over 15 years. I am open and willing to share my experiences, hoping that it will help anyone, especially leaders, understand the impact “perspectives” have on their decisions and provide everyone with the opportunity to “acquire the skills” to include diverse perspectives to create inclusive workspaces.
Why is this important to me? I envision a diverse and inclusive workplace for future generations. I want to provide solutions to make progress toward an inclusive future.
